  • Creating a COVID 19 vaccination clinic – internal task force to define process; new nursing note, simplified orders (one for each vaccine-Moderna vs. Pfizer),
  • Clinic registration processes - using CWS to schedule patients, using state department of health for employees (employees in different facility), documented sent to IMMS registry (do not have declination process yet, reporting/data concern)
  • Leveraging Incident Command due to nursing shortage to manage vaccination clinic going forward
  • How does the vaccine data differ between the employee population and patients?
